The firm’s strategy focuses on improving Class B & C apartment communities in secondary and tertiary markets nationwide. Historically, multifamily has been the least volatile real estate asset class during downturns while still offering strong upside potential during upturns. Thomas Powell is a New Jersey native who graduated with a B.S. in Architectural Engineering from Drexel University and an M.E.M. from Rowan University. As a practicing Civil/Structural Engineer, Thomas is licensed in three states and Washington, D.C., as well as a licensed Realtor in Pennsylvania. Leslieann Powell is a Pennsylvania native who earned a B.S.B.A. from Drexel University and an M.B.A. from Rutgers University. She has managed financial accounts up to $20MM with a Fortune 100 company. The Powells began investing in single family and small multifamily real estate in 2017. Their pursuit of scaling-up lead them to the discovery of large multifamily investing and the tremendous portfolio, financial, and interpersonal growth opportunities it brings. Their two beautiful daughters are the driving force - the "why" - behind their passion for multifamily investing.
